Forex – There are a total of 33 tankers in the Black Sea ports, which are the first leg of the oil coming to the region reaching the world via the Bosphorus and the Dardanelles.
According to the compilation made by Foreks Haber from the report prepared by Tribeca Maritime Services and shared via e-mail, 21 of the tankers were determined as aframax, 9 as suezmax and 3 as panamax type.
It was stated that the total number of tankers in the Black Sea, including the tankers that have not yet docked at ports, is 47.
Tankers dock in the Black Sea at the Russian ports of Novorossiysk, Taman, Kavkaz, Tuapse and Georgia’s Supsa. Of these, 28 tankers are docked in Novorosssiysk, 3 in Kavkaz and 1 in Tuapse. There are no tankers in Taman and Supsa.
